The Community Foundation of Southeastern Alberta is pleased to offer a proactive grant program, called Vital Impact Grant. The intent of this program is to utilize the information found through the annual Vital Signs® publications and identifies specific issues that improve the quality of life for those in Southeastern Alberta.
The Vital Impacts Grants support projects that:
Build community leadership
Foster cooperative, collaborative and innovative approaches to community issues
Address an identifiable community need through Medicine Hat Vital Signs®
Have an impact across the region
Leverage other funds
Show evidence of sustainability (if appropriate to the project)
