Reporting to the Executive Director, your role at the Community Foundation will be wide and varied as you assist CFSEA staff with the following:
• Day-to-day reception and office administrative tasks
• Grant administrative duties
• Social media and special events
• Philanthropic database updates
• Supporting the 2024 Rural Vital Conversations
• Basic bookkeeping tasks

Interested applicants must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
• Strong administration, organizational (time management), analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills in establishing successful working relationships both internally and externally.
• Ability to learn quickly with attention to detail.
• Competency with various social media platforms.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Pro, MailChimp and Canva.
• Ability to multi-task, manage and meet deadlines.

Salary: ($20.00/hour; 37.5 hours/week)
