The Community Impact Award is a $35,000 award designed for agencies with innovative project ideas that show creativity and leadership in supporting a vibrant, healthy, and caring community.

After you submit your application, the Community Leadership Committee will review all requests and consider up to three finalists to submit further information, including a presentation to the committee.
