In light of the devastating wildfires affecting Jasper and surrounding regions in Northern Alberta, several Community Foundations have mobilized to provide essential support and relief efforts. There are many ways the public can contribute through three Alberta Community Foundations.

Many incredible organizations are working tirelessly on the ground to support Jasper’s immediate response and long-term recovery. The community is encouraged to contribute to the following dedicated funds and initiatives:

Rocky Mountain Community Relief Fund

Organizer: Banff Canmore Foundation
From one mountain community to another, the Bow Valley stands in support of Jasper through this devastating loss. Funds raised will support response and recovery in Jasper, particularly through partners such as the Jasper Community Team Society.

How to Donate:
Visit Rocky Mountain Community Relief Fund to donate. Tax receipts are available.
From today onwards, Calgary Foundation will match all donations made to Banff Canmore Foundation‘s Rocky Mountain Community Relief Fund up to $100,000.
