The Community Foundation of Southeastern Alberta (CFSEA) is announcing a new grant process for the Thomas Bories Memorial Fund Grant starting this fall.
The Thomas Bories Memorial Fund was created in 2023 after Mr. Bories bequeathed a gift of $446,000 to CFSEA. The fund supports youth and recreation initiatives, with priority given to projects, programs, and opportunities that benefit residents within the Village of Foremost and surrounding communities throughout the County of Forty Mile.
“The generosity of Thomas Bories will continue to make an impact on the region for generations
to come. We are honoured to steward his gift in a meaningful way to benefit the Village of
Foremost and County of Forty Mile.”— Niki Gray, Executive Director
