The Learning & Impact Coordinator is a forward-facing, strategic position that strengthens CFSEA’s ability to understand, measure, and communicate the difference we are making across the region.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the LIC supports CFSEA’s Freedom to Explore strategic priority by helping the organization learn from its work, measure impact, and build confidence in pursuing new opportunities. The role combines organizational learning, impact measurement, advisor engagement, and interim financial support and is well-suited to someone who enjoys connecting ideas to action.
